Attention Wrestlers/Parents:

The D-East wrestling staff is offering a
"home-based" off-season wrestling
club.....Myrmidons. You can check it out
at....
MYRMIDONS

The registration forms and USA card
applications can be downloaded/printed,
and duplicated.

The purpose of this club is to continue
teaching and training East side wrestlers
(or any wrestler for that matter) into the
Spring, Summer, and Fall months.

Yearly renewal begins at the beginning of
each school year. We will practice on
Tues. and Thurs. evenings, from 6 to 8pm,
and attend tournaments on weekends. We
will focus on Folkstyle, Freestyle, and
Greco Roman. We will run it straight
through to next wrestling season. The cost
is $150. for the length of the
offf-season....$35.of that goes towards the
athlete's USA card which provides
medical coverage at all practices and
USA events.

thanks,
Coach Horvath

Attention Parents/Wrestlers:

"Beginning Tuesday, 9/2, the weight training
sessions will be held on Tues. and Thurs. evenings
from 5pm to 6pm (just prior to Myrmidons
practice) and Fri. from 3pm to 4pm. This will last
until Friday, 10/17. Beginning Monday, 10/20, we
will return to our regularly scheduled lifts on
Mon., Wed., and Fri., right after school. Please
note
these changes!"

All D-East wrestlers not directly involved with a
Fall, PIAA sanctioned sport, are strongly
recommended to attend! These sessions will be the
building blocks for a more successful season for
each wrestler who delivers the effort.

Please respond with any questions,
thanks,

Coach Horvath
