Coaching Staff:
| Camp date: June 29th - July 3rd, 2009 For students K-9 8:45am - 2:00pm Daily At the DEHS Wrestling Room Cost: $190 Per Wrestler Family Discount (2+ Wrestlers): $160 Each Walk Ins $200 |

Daily Schedule:
8:45-8:55 Camp Arrival at DEHS
8:55-9:00 Attendance
9:00-9:20 Warm up and stretch
9:20-10:00 Instruction/technique
10:00-10:40 Drills
10:40-12:00 Live wrestling/combative games
12:00-1:00 Lunch with instructional films
1:00-2:00 Competition and review
Wrestlers will be group by Skill Level.
Final camp info will be sent via e-mail. Please
be sure to include your e-mail address on
your registration form.
