| At the conclusion of our 32 week weight-training program beginning March 28th 2011 and ending Nov. 18t 2011, I have compiled the following statistics... - There were 94 available weight-training sessions. Our team averaged 14.2 athletes per lift. - The following is a list of our athletes and their percentages of attendance. The coaching staff firmly believes that those athletes who committed 65% of their time or more to the sessions will experience less injury and more success on the mat.
