At the conclusion of our 16 week weight-training program, I have compiled the following statistics...

- There were 48 available weight-training sessions. Our team averaged 18 athletes per lift.


The following is a list of our athletes and their percentages of attendance. The
coaching staff firmly believes that those athletes who committed 65% of their time or
more to the sessions will experience less injury and more success on the mats.

Attention D-East Wrestlers/Myrmidons:

The Myrmidons Wrestling Club will begin its 10-11 season on Thursday, 3/25.
Sessions will run from 6 to 8 pm and take place at the DEC (formerly known as
the 9th Grade Center on Manor Avenue) on Tuesday and Thursday evenings until Spring sports are permitted
outside and the Downingtown East facility can be used on Thursday evenings. Our emphasis at this time will be
Freestyle/Greco Roman preparation. One of the first qualifiers for PAWF Freestyle/Greco Roman states will be
held at Downingtown West HS on April 10th, 2010.

The cost is $120 for membership up until 8/31/11. You need to have all 3 forms ready for submission. Many of
you are already members who registered during the Fall season.

Attention Wrestlers/Parents:

Please reserve July 7th - July 11th of this summer for our team competition camp at Bucknell University.
This year's camp clinician will be Pennsylvania native, 2 X NCAA champion,  and World silver medalist, Jake
Herbert. Our team will get to wrestle 14 -20 matches over the course of that week.
