D-East Coaching Staff is running an off season wrestling
club which  specializes in Folkstyle, Freestyle, and
Greco Roman wrestling.
Club membership begins the first day of every school year & remains
valid for one full calendar year.
Tues. & Thurs. evenings

Attention Wrestlers/Parents:

The coaching staff would once again like to send a team to the
"Waterway Duals" at Oxford H.S. on Sept. 13th (Saturday). It's a
24 team tournament boasting some the toughest competition on
the east coast. Every team is guaranteed 4 dual meets. There is
no cost as Myrmidons will be picking up the tab.

Attention Parents/Wrestlers:

"Beginning Tuesday, 9/2, the weight training
sessions will be held on Tues. and Thurs. evenings
from 5pm to 6pm (just prior to Myrmidons
practice) and Fri. from 3pm to 4pm. This will last
until Friday, 10/17. Beginning Monday, 10/20, we
will return to our regularly scheduled lifts on
Mon., Wed., and Fri. right after school. Please note
these changes!"
Next team fund-raising event will be the Dog Races at The Breezewood
Terrier Club in Thorndale on Saturday 9-13 and Sunday 9-14.  (Same
location as always) directions can be printed from Google Maps HERE!

Wrestlers not participating in the "Waterway Duals" are required to contact
Jane Heemer to sign up for Saturday or Sunday.  

Remember wrestlers, during the wrestling season, all receive the financial
benefits of the earnings from these events. Respect your fellow brothers in
wrestling and get out and help with the work load,
